Quality system

Since 1996 we have followed ISO 9001-based quality system, which purpose is to improve the quality of our activities and products. Open communication - internal and external - is a part of our quality system.

Each employer is responsible for the implementation of the quality, both on his own part and also on the whole production line. Each employer is also obliged immediately to interfere in faults discovering.

Our customers must consider us reliable. Reclamations are handled with no delays, by taking care of the interest of the customer. Fast and punctual deliveries are also a part of our quality.

Our production facility is under continuous development. The quality of each product is controlled by modern methods. Each control device is regularly calibrated to meet the accredited standards.
